1. Medical Disclaimer

The content and services provided by Perfectly Imperfect Living Holistic and Integrative Health Coaching Program, including but not limited to coaching sessions, written materials, videos, and any other resources (collectively, the “Program”), are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Communication: Participants may contact the coach for support during the Program via email or the designated communication platform. Responses will typically be provided within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Termination by Participant: Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the Program.

 

Termination by Provider: The Program provider reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in behavior that disrupts the Program. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

The Program provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from participation in the Program. Participants agree to hold the Program provider harmless from any claims arising out of their participation.
