PIL Re-introduction Part 1
Perfectly Imperfect Living is a holistic and integrative health coaching practice created to support individuals navigating chronic pain, chronic stress, burnout, and complex health challenges.
Founded by Audrey Stout, BSN, RN, PHN, Holistic & Integrative Health Care Specialist, this work is grounded in a simple but often overlooked truth: healing is shaped by the whole person—not just a diagnosis, a symptom, or a single system in the body.
Many people living with chronic pain or long-term stress already know this intuitively. Pain doesn’t exist in isolation. It affects energy, emotions, relationships, work, finances, and how daily life is experienced. Yet too often, care focuses on only one piece of the picture.
Perfectly Imperfect Living exists to address that gap.
This practice blends clinical understanding with holistic, lifestyle-based support to help individuals make sense of what’s happening in their bodies and their lives—without overwhelm or unrealistic expectations. The goal is not perfection, but clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress.
At the foundation of this work is the belief that when people are given education, structure, and compassionate guidance, they can become active participants in their healing rather than feeling stuck or powerless.
In the next part of this series, we’ll explore who this work is designed for—and how whole-person support can create meaningful shifts in daily life.
If this perspective resonates, you’re invited to continue with Part 2 of this series, where we’ll explore who this work is designed for and how whole-person support shows up in real life.
